- mindful self awareness skills where trainees learn how to be aware of their outside and inside worlds

- understanding and collaborating with their thoughts, knowing what they know and meeting their inner selves

- understanding and collaborating with their emotions, feeling what they feel, without numbing or becoming overwhelmed by their emotions.

- with the skills they get from this training they can also answer the questions of "Who am I?"

how to motivate myself
File 17-10-2019, 21 46 31.jpeg

motivating yourself is a skill, unfortunately it is not a highly intuitive one. during this training the participants will develop skills for self motivation, the kind of motivation that does not require any external factors and does not need any emotional pressure. during this workshop participants will:

- know their motivation style

- have skills to identify un-useful and self-sabotaging motivation patterns (transactional motivation or emotional pressure)

- have skills to find meaning and purpose in what they do  and use this as a motivation strategy

- have skills to find pleasure, flow and focus in what they do and use this as a motivation strategy

- know when motivation is not the cause of "not doing what they wish to do"

these skills are crucial when it comes to time management, stress management, learning and so on.

this training is even more useful if people attended the self leadership course as being able to know what you feel and how you think can become amazing in motivating yourself or others.

learning skills
File 17-10-2019, 21 46 11.jpeg

We learned all of our life but we seem to not really feel we can do it effectively. in today's environment we learn all the time but we feel it is out of our control how and when it happens or it feels like learning (e.g. for certifications) is a horrible experience.

In this training participants will:

- understand how learning outside the school environment is completely different from learning as a SELF DIRECTED activity

- will know how to create their own personalized set of learning strategies and techniques

- will know how to motivate themselves for learning (starting the learning journey and sticking with it after the first impulse) and how to motivate themselves for each learning activity in particular

- will be able to design their own learning plan that will be realistic and adjusted to their own challenges in terms of time and personal preference or style

- will identify and work out their learning challenges

superman syndrome (time management)
File 17-10-2019, 21 47 21_edited.jpg

superman syndrome is that ability we all posses that allows us to manage our time as if superman will come tomorrow to actually put it in reality and then to feel really guilty because we are not superman.

in this training participants will NOT learn about time management tools, because we all know them and have too many of them, they will:

- learn about their relationship with time

- understand how they plan their time and why

- understand how they follow or don't follow that plan and why

- know how to plan their time how it works for them

- know how to follow that plan

- understand procrastination and how to prevent it

relax and let go of the guilt!

talking to your inner critic
file 19-10-2019, 10 05 18.jpeg

We all have that inner voice, the one that says:

-you can't do it

- you messed up

- you should do better

- you are a mess

- you screwed up

The inner critic is like a broken record that puts us down, doesn't let us sleep, creates shame and guilt, destroys ambition and creativity, brings harmful self-judgement and fear and despair.

In this workshop people will

- identify the inner critics and really listen to them

- find it's protective role and relax it's grip

- re-do the relationship they have with failure, performance anxiety and impostor syndrome

- relax perfectionism patterns of thought and action

saying no and saying yes
file 19-10-2019, 10 14 34.jpeg

many of us have a very hard time to say NO and subsequently we never actually really say YES either. During this workshop people will learn:

- why and how they avoid saying NO

- what is the relationship they have with YES

- learn about personal boundaries

- identify their personal boundaries

- learn to have fair and "same level" relationships

- learn how to communicate assertively their NOs and YESs, what they want and don't want, lower judgement, learn how to be franc and open about expectations

don't torture your audience
File 18-10-2019, 15 11 30.jpeg

presentation skills trainings are really cool, all the tools you can use are really cool.

THIS IS NOT a presentation skills training

this is a training where people will learn how to:

- embrace and control their nerves during a presentation so that they can actually enjoy the experience

- bring their own personal style and their whole personality into their presentation so they don't feel dull and stiff to their audience

- bring a story, their story

- be trustworthy in their presentation

nobody likes a stereotypical presentation, even if it is by all the presentation skills books. People want connection with other people to hear their stories (even in the most business like settings)

Find your meaning in your work
file 19-10-2019, 10 22 33.jpeg

we hear and hear about having a meaningful life, we feel that we wish to have that meaning but we find out that we don't actually know how to find that meaning.

we sometimes get lucky as we have people around us that have their own meaning and we resonate with that. we get even luckier when we stumble onto something and it instantly becomes meaningful... and we end up feeling that meaning is either something you have or you don't, or even worse we end up believing that its the kind of activity that comes or doesn't come with meaning.

the good news is that "finding meaning" is something we can do, and therefore learn how to do.

something is meaningful when I find myself in that something, where I find that who I am, what is important to me can be expressed by what I do.

during this workshop participants will be able to find what is meaningful for them and then be able to connect that meaning to what they do.

doing meaningful work is crucial for well-being and for the sense of being fully alive and having a meaningful life. This is a skill building workshop for the skill of "finding meaning"
