This intervention is aimed at team-level to work within their context and their particular dynamic.

Their leader will be present to support them through that journey and work with them to help them find the organizational levers needed for them to thrive, the specific support the leader can offer but mainly helping them to navigate their journey. During this intervention the leader can receive one-on-one support on leading them at individual and group level.

These programs are designed for organization that have:
⦁    Teams that are facing a difficult period due to changes or faulty team dynamic
⦁    Teams that are newly created
⦁    Teams that need a refresh activity
⦁    Teams that have in the future a challenge that will require a high functioning team

Because this is a team intervention it increases the chances the things learned will permeate into the culture and will remain even if new members are added through time. It also increases learning because of the back and forth top-down, bottom-up real time feedback loop on the leadership skills of the leader but also the dynamic ebb and flow context for mutual encouragement and support through the learning of each team member.

a lot of teams live with the assumption they give feedback, and most probably they do but not in a way that the feedback is heard and integrated.

during this workshop the team will learn about feedback through the experience of giving eachother feedback

= they will practice with support from the trainer real feedback situations (starting from positive to negative)

= they will be seeing themselves give feedback and experience how it is on the other end of it

= they will learn about feedback (not the usual information) in the specific set-up and culture of their team

= they will practice receiving feedback and helping the other give useful feedback

= they will learn to own the feedback they give and receive, becoming response-able for their feedback experience
